Policies
- The Club adopts, in full, the Codes of Conduct published by Basketball Victoria.
- The Club expects its Players, Parents / Guardians, Spectators, Coaches, Officials, and Administrators to adhere to the Code of Conduct that applies to them.
- The Club will publish the Codes of Conduct on its website.
- The Club will provide a copy of the applicable Code of Conduct to its Players, Parents / Guardians, Coaches, Officials and Administrators:
- Coaches, Officials and Administrators must commit to adhere to the Code of Conduct that applies to them before they are able to exercise their functions.
- Players and their Parents / Guardians must commit to adhere to the Code of Conduct that applies to them before they or their child are able to play for The Club.
- The Club will, as far as reasonably possible, ensure its Spectators are aware of and adhere to the Spectators’ Code of Conduct.
- The Club will create and communicate avenues for reporting Code of Conduct breaches.
- The Club will investigate reported Code of Conduct breaches. Depending on the outcome of each investigation, appropriate disciplinary will be taken. The investigation outcomes and disciplinary action will be communicated to all affected parties.
- The Club will review its Codes of Conduct annually.
